For one of our Top Reputed Client – A multinational information technology services and consulting company we are hiring Support Engineers. The Job Opportunity is a permanent role with my client (which will be disclosed later)

Location: Candidate must be willing to work out of offices in Krakow. If the candidate is in other city – should be willing to relocate to Krakow within 2 to 3 months of joining.
A Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support for Azure Monitoring and Automation with a high degree of customer happiness; provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to customers.
Azure Monitoring and Automation includes the following technical areas:
- Azure Automation
- Azure Log Analytics
- Azure Monitor Alerts and Essentials
- Azure Application Insight
- 4+ years’ of experience in systems deployment/admin, network operations, software support, Cloud or IT Consulting.
- Required Skills: Strong knowledge on Windows & Linux OS, Client/Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services, Azure, Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation – Runbook Management, PowerShell, TCP/IP and HTTP.
- Preferred: Strong Linux & Windows OS Knowledge, Linux & Windows Update/Patching Management. Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus
- System Administration/Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems
- Windows and Linux:
- Event Logs/Syslogs Analysis
- Patch and Security Update Management
- Performance analysis using built in performance counters
- Network connectivity for both private and public networks
- Conceptual knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Security, and Access Control
- Automating Operating System tasks through the use of Powershell scripting
- Good Communication Skills - spoken and written English.
- Recent work experience in a customer facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment/decision making ability.
- 24/7 support model, rotational shifts, Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.
