Position purpose
For our office in Kraków we are looking for an experienced manager who will take part
in transformation and transition project for one of our Clients. The main purpose of the role is driving progress of transition and go live of supply chain process, and after reaching stabilization stage – managing the contract effectively on daily basis including operations, finance and leadership to drive best in class supply chain delivery.
Main accountabilities
- Manages and coaches Supply Chain Team to achieve effective performance and business objectives
- Ensures service is delivered by Client’s processes and systems and external regulations (among others: by respecting SOX / SOD rules)
- Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according
to Client’s expectations
- Leads transformation activities to improve and shape performance and effectiveness of the team
- Shares best practice (internal and external benchmarks) and ensure high adherence to standard and effective process management
- Measures, improves & delivers continuously operational excellence
- Assigns priorities for operations and service delivered to the Client
- Ensures that operations are run according to budget constrains for the project
Requirements
- Related business experience in transition and service delivery within supply chain area (order management, planning and warehouse, stock level planning and dispatching)
- Knowledge of relevant methodology and solutions of logistic processes optimization (i.e. Kanban)
- Team management experience
- Impact & influence skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade or relevant managerial experience within the area will be an asset
- Ability to work on multiply tasks in demanding environment
- SAP knowledge and working knowledge of logistics tool and applications (i.e. Omega)
- Fluency in English, another European language will be an asset
