Supply Chain Service Administrator with German

Your Main responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders for IT spare parts in our internal system
- Creating and updating excel reports with spare parts data,
- Communication with suppliers,
- Cooperation with our colleagues in Germany,
- Controlling invoices,
- Execute other general administrative tasks,
- Lead time monitoring.
Our Requirements:
- Very good German is a must,
- MS Office – with special emphasis on Excel – used in practice,
- Creative and well-organized person,
- Good analytical skills and able to draw conclusions rapidly,
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously,
- Flexibleness.

Would be an asset:
- VBA knowledge,
- Knowledge of IT services,
- Experience in Logistics / SCM.
