Supply Chain & Procurement Shared Service Center Manager

Requirements:
- Educated to a Master degree level in a relevant field
- Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams, including: driving employees engagement, performance and development, building and developing effective teams, motivating others, managing change and providing direction
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and years of experience in multiple functional areas
- Strong process and performance management background
- Proven track record in ‘Lean Management’
- Experience in the Shared Services environment and insight to local market
- Positive attitude and ability to engage positively with employees, internal customers and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, listening and conflict resolution
- Ability to resolve issues and to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Exceptional decision making skills and result-oriented approach
- Fluency in Polish and English, knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the operational Supply Chain and Procurement teams
- Ensure that the Client's Code of Ethics, the company Values and Continuous Improvement approach are adhered to by all team members by acting as a role model in all those areas
- Promote open dialogue and collaborative work so that all opinions and best practices are represented in the development of innovative business solutions
- Ensure the teams are appropriately staffed and trained to secure achievement of targets, promote cross-trainings and multi-functionality within and among the different teams
- Monitor performance and ensure all SC&P staff have clearly defined performance objectives, aligned with performance/quality standards defined in SLA’s
- Ensure business succession planning is in place to secure required stability of services provided
- Act as final escalation level for people management issues
- Oversee productivity metrics for all teams
- Ensure SC&P process designs are consistent with best practice, instigate process improvement initiatives where appropriate
- Benchmark the SC&P processes where possible to identify potential cost reduction opportunities
- Operate as a multifunctional expert focusing on continuous process and system improvement, using accessible improvement tools like PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
