Key responsibilities:
- Define and develop standard KPI’s and Measurement to create visibility and control for the End2End Supply Chain and thus supporting all parts of the organization to control and improve their day2day Performance.
- Drive daily management control though a definition standard (repetitive) reports used by all stakeholders in the End2End Supply Chain for control and improvement (Ensure daily reports are automated ASAP)C
- ommunicate to stakeholders the reports and KPI’s with summary interpretation as part of the regular stakeholder management of the Global Supply Chain organization
- Execute deep-dives and analyses to identify improvement opportunities within the (sub) processes of the End2End Supply Chain, to provide input in Kaizen event prioritization
- Recommend potential improvement areas
- Manage and execute the calendar of Kaizen events based and process improvement project to improve Service Levels, Costs or Inventory Health on behalf of the (operational) owners within the End2End Supply Chain Process
- Record and review the Kaizen event calendar and reported improvements, review process to be established to confirm savings delivered at 6 months intervals following the event
- Define and implement standard Processes (including process rules and process documentation) for use within the End2End Supply Chain Operation
- Support the Global Supply Chain Director in regular communication to leaders within the Global Supply Chain Operation and the key Stakeholders outside the Global Supply Chain Team on the progress of the KPI’s and the Improvement Initiatives as part of the overall Supply Chain Roadmap
Qualifications:
- Operational experience in Supply Chain Processes (logistics, warehousing and transport)
- Operational experience across functions
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinker
- Structured worker according to a Plan Do Check Act methodology
- Lean process improvement, through RCCM and Continuous improvement
- Ability to work in an international environment with different cultures and working styles
- Experience with structured problem solving using an integral approach
- High energy level with strong persistency and endurance
- Team player able to build and use internal and external network
- Good interpersonal skills, open and active style
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Microsoft office suite proficiency (excel / access)
