Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualified, purchasing qualifications
- Previous experience on a similar position
- Very good english skills
- Analytical thinking/ problem solving skills
- Quality/ Commercial awareness

- Communication/ Negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
During transition:
- Develop a sourcing priorities plan and agree which categories should be re-sourced prior to move
- Develop a sourcing strategy for the categories to be resourced
- Develop the supplier approval process for the new plant
- Understand the new Sales & Operations Planning process for implementation in Poland
- Re-negotiate contracts for delivery to the new Poland plant for existing suppliers
After transition:
- Manage/ coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning Process including procurement, supply/ demand forecasting, inventory management and on-time delivery
- Develop and/ or participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organisation
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain, whilst addressing tactical and strategic supply chain issues
- Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning and other optimizations in order to grow the business
- Manage vendor relationships in conjunction with the Procurement Manager
- Establish KPIs, monitor ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals to drive continuous improvement
- Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of the team
