Supplier Enablement Project Manager
The Supplier Enablement Project Manager has the responsibility to support Aon’s suppliers and connect them to Aon’s purchasing tool and drive supplier use. SE Project Manager is to execute on supplier enablement programmes, partnering with internal business stakeholders and ensuring clients get the most value of the Aon procure to pay solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the Supplier Enablement Program, drive value through catalogues enablement and process automation
- Work with the broader Supplier Management team to ensure suppliers register and take advantage of the program offered by Aon
- Persuade suppliers to become active on Aon chosen Supplier portal through effective education, nurturing and negotiation
- Working with the broader Procure to Pay and Category teams to ensure interested suppliers are promptly fully operational
Requirements:
- Good understanding of procurement, invoicing and supplier information management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English language proficiency, French would be an asset
- Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
- Business development passion for connecting and servicing suppliers and clients
- Highly organized self-starter with exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility and excellent client relationships across many different functions and organization levels
