Supplier Collaboration Engineer

Main Duties:
- Responsible to achieve Quality, Velocity & Cost targets ( NPI/ LCP ) through deep- dive CPPD & Maximize Supplier Performance
- Lead end-to-end ( cradle-to-grave ) EXDs- Advanced Product Quality Planning process execution
- Document manufacturing process steps/ review P-FMEA
- Validate, confirm & report process readiness via PPAP
- Manage all projects through APQP process
- Review candidate supplier process capability in relation to component design
- Lead end-to-end ( cradle-to-grave ) Should Cost Modeling process execution
- Validate material/ variable/ period cost assumptions of suppliers processes
- Drive Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM)/ Design-for-Assembly (DFA) review & consensus
- Evaluate, review & drive alternate designs or manufacturing Processes
- Team management
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree ( or equivalent experience ) preferably in engineering/ manufacturing
- Min. of 3~5 years of demonstrated job- related experience in engineering/ manufacturing/ quality
- Knowledge of manufacturing process, familiarity with GD&T, tool design, FMEAs
- Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal & communication ( written/ oral ) skills
- Ability to lead multi- functional teams & perform as an individual contributor to achieve project completion
- Familiar with purchasing/ sales activities & strong cost estimating background
- Ability to effectively communicate technical & commercial information with multi- functional team members
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel 10% - 25% of work time (domestic, regional or international)
