Requirements:

  • Academic graduate (preferably Business Administration, Informatics, Human Resources or similar studies)
  • At least 1 or 2 years experience with Employee Central and/or integration knowledge with Dell Boomi or Hana Cloud Platform
  • General knowledge about Human Resource processes
  • Very good project management and communication skills with the ability to work in virtual teams
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • Open personality combined with high willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Platform Manager for our global SuccessFactors Team in Krakow. If you are having already gained project experience with global Employee Central implementations or cloud integration knowledge with Dell Boomi and/ or Hana Cloud Platform you are welcome to join our young and dynamic team. In your area of responsibility you would work together with international experts to develop the Company HR-IT environment of the future.

 

  • Being part of the global SuccessFactors operations team
  • Being part of the implementation project for the international SuccessFactors rollouts
  • Responsibility to define and insure global standards
  • The interface between country key users and implementation partners
  • Insuring that the implementation partners follow the global standards
  • Insuring a smooth transition during rollouts
