We are the Customer Documentation team in Nokia Solutions and Networks European Software & Engineering Center in Wroclaw.Our responsibility is to create documents (guides and manuals, descriptions of systems, products and features) for LTE and UMTS (WCDMA) mobile communication technologies that we provide to mobile operators worldwide.
Technical Writing is a discipline that plays a significant role in many technical branches. For the telecommunications industry, professional technical documentation is a crucial, integral element of every product that allows our customers to build and manage their ICT network.
Tools developers plan, design, implement and develop tools and applications to support documentation creation process in our department. Working together with project managers and technical writers, tools developers create the best user experience tools whilst continuously seeking out improvements and more innovative ways to communicate critical information to users. Tools developers work across various teams on global development projects and participates in internal expert communities.
