About this opportunity
Welcome to the People Direct Team. We add value by providing first class support for Nordea employees and leaders with HR and system related questions. With us you have unique chance to develop your HR/People skills, but also get to know HR processes as well as HR systems and applications that are used worldwide.
What you will be doing:
- Providing support to employees and leaders with their HR/People related questions
- Supporting employees an leaders with HR system related questions
- Tracking, routing & and re-directing questions to the other People teams
You will join a team consisting of passionate, ambitious and ready to take action colleagues. Team is focused on development and providing employee service with the highest quality & service culture. The role is based in Łódź, Cross Point building and the work is performed during standard work hours (8-16).
