Th Strategic Procurement Specialist will support our organization in spare parts category of CNC manufactory business and will assess the category spend and will focus on providing full analysis to the Category Lead, in particular, definition of main suppliers, number of suppliers, contracts coverage with payment terms. The person in this role will support creation of strategy for global organization sourcing and will need to liaise with any stakeholders that are necessary for design and implementation of such strategy
- Define and implement souring strategy for assigned regions and sites of Tornos Group and oversee its successful implementation and local execution
- Define principles for suppliers management focus on planning, implementation and regular activities
- Perform suppliers compliance audits with Tornos technical, quality and contractual requirements. Run regular control function for suppliers performance.
- Develop relationship with suppliers and stakeholders by handling appropriate two-way communication within support of site procurement that arises in the course of implementation
- Demonstrate collaboration, alignment and flexibility to Tornos Service transformation program and overall Tornos Group strategy
- Cooperate efficiently with Service Factory and other organizational elements by creating respective tasks, monitoring, providing necessary information in order to provide customer high quality service in timely manner.
- Review existing database of suppliers and Run strategic global and regional suppliers segmentation with respective to parts specification, material usage and apply cost efficiency practices
- Define policy for sourcing with detailed list contractual requirements
