Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
- realize and deliver reporting process improvements maximizing the benefit of our efficiency opportunities
- maintenance of conduct risk management information reporting teams assets (including reporting plans, metric upload trackers, inventory, book of works), enhancement of our internal quality assurance and controls framework
- respond to any data or report queries following report submission by liaising with the data team
- review selection of metrics used within reports and manage onboarding / decommissioning of metrics accordingly
- manage relationships and conflicting requirements with senior internal clients across the company
- work closely with internal and external partners and clients to actively provide support and solutions for their reporting needs by applying consistent standards, methods and process across multiple regions and divisions
Your team
Your team will be part of Reporting & Analytics Services (RAS) in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) that produces and distributes reporting products and analysis enabling compliance and confident decision-making throughout the company.
We provide our internal clients with reporting & analytics, data and infrastructure management, process and change management, as well as quality assurance services.
We will work closely with the Conduct Risk team within the Global Conduct Risk Framework and will produce meaningful reports to measure our employee, client service and market behavior conduct in order to enable global business owners to manage identified risks and actions.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a graduate or university degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management
- advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- worked across multiple business lines and levels of seniority
- proven track record in project/change management
- ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
You are:
- passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- an excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- known for hitting deadlines
- able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions
- able to apply technical understanding to practical problems
