The PP&C Senior Analyst will have proven skills and knowledge to perform complex tasks independently on large programs/projects with one or more sites or enterprises. He/she will mentor the PP&C Analyst I and II, and develop specific project work instructions related to PP&C. The PP&C Senior Analyst will lead process improvement and tool implementation. The PP&C Senior Analyst is integral to product development teams through problem solving and performing the project management process. He/she will facilitate and support cost/schedule plans for complex programs, and will monitor program activities through Earned Value metrics throughout IPDS program phases.
