Zakres obowiązków:
pozyskanie nowych klientów do współpracy na terenie Niemiec
bieżący kontakt mailowy oraz telefoniczny z klientem zewnętrznym i wewnętrznym
budowanie dobrych relacji z partnerami biznesowymi
koordynacja całego procesu zatrudnienia opiekunki i jej wyjazdu na teren Niemiec
nadzór nad czasem pracy zatrudnionych osób
Wymagania:
dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego w mowie i piśmie (min. na poziomie B2 – warunek konieczny)
doświadczenie w kontaktach z klientami (min. 1 rok)
praktyczna znajomość pakietu MS Office
umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku
wielozadaniowość
umiejętność budowania i podtrzymywania relacji
komunikatywność oraz bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
dynamizm i zdecydowanie w działaniu
