Job Description
- Investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints (computers, printers)
- Appropriate record of all cases for audit purposes
- Following the company policies, procedures and law regulations
- Preparing weekly reports and updates of work
- Attending meetings and trainings organized inside and outside the base office
- Min. 2 years of customer support experience
- Higher education
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to deal with difficult, challenging conversations
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of soft skills and empathy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Good organization and time management skills
- Full-time employment contract
