Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna m.in. za:
obsługę klienta biznesowego, w tym bieżący kontakt w sprawach związanych z produkcją, logistyką, jakością itp.
analizę reklamacji od klienta
zapewnienie zadowolenia klienta w trakcie kontaktów z firmą
przygotowanie i modyfikacja dokumentacji i raportów oraz faktur związanych ze sprzedażą, w tym praca w systemie SAP
bieżąca współpraca z innymi działami firmy
Oczekiwania:
wykształcenie wyższe
min. 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku mile widziane w branży Automotive
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (poziom C1/C2)
znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
mile widziana znajomość zagadnień ISO TS
dobra organizacja pracy, chęć nauki i gotowość do zmian
