Avid Technology is looking for a Technical Support Representative to be based at our offices in Szczecin, Poland. You will provides first and second level software and hardware support to field operations, sales partners and customers on AVID Audio products.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Accurately log customer calls into the customer support database.
- Manning the reseller and end user telephone system.
- Administrating the International Customer database by entering and verifying registrations.
- Provision of detailed bug reports for the Engineering bug-fix process.
- Provision of customer education.
- Minor technical troubleshooting and maintenance on our products, on site where appropriate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- 2nd European Language such as Spanish, French or German.
- Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows XP.
- Good team player with both adaptability and flexibility.
- Must have initiative, good judgment and be self-motivated.
- Sensitivity to customer issues and requirements.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
- High level product technical skills.
- Product environment technical skills.
