- Assist Sales in bidding public tender opportunities for Medical and Health Care Market.
- Screen specialized websites to identify relevant tenders opportunities.
- Notify sales representatives of any new Market opportunities and follow up on them.
- Coordinate necessary tasks, check and send the offers within the required deadlines.
- Notify sales of tenders and contracts won or lost.
- Update our Tenders and Contracts database (CRM).
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing conditions in SAP and reply to credit note requests.
- Classify and file all documents relating to Tenders and Contracts.
- Ensure all auditable contracts and quotes are archived according to internal rules.
- Provide necessary information about contract performance on Manager’s requests.
- Any other basic tasks, duty and responsibilities coming up for business purpose.
- Master degree or equivalence.
- Polish native.
- English Fluent (level C1).
- Additional language (e,g German – level B2) would be a plus.
- 5 10 years in a similar position.
- Wide experience in bidding process (preferably for companies from Medical and Health-Care area).
- Knowledge of the methods and procedures of the Public Procurement Administration in Poland.
- Office and Excel skills in particular, SAP / CRM experience desirable.
- Capacity to work in autonomy and in a fast paced and multicultural environment.
- Capability to prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ability to assess the consistency, quality and compliance of public tenders and contracts.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and to acquire new skills.
- Open minded, adaptability to change and solution-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
