Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in reporting/ business analysis
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (VBA will be an asset)
- Knowledge of SQL/ HTML/ JavaScript
- Good command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
- Preparing of the Revenue/Cost/Sales/ Internal performance reports based on the data available in different systems meeting the quality standards and deadlines agreed with the customer
- Preparing routine documents for providers/customers out of the system (e.g. BJ report, postings per cost center/cost account within SAP structure)
- Distributing reports via e-mails to the respective finance and sales departments / internal customers as defined in the report distribution mechanism
- Contacting directly with customers, data providers independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal, gives advices about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes/work
- Implementing requested by customer changes in the reports
- Performing of KPI quality check
- Driving efficiency in the Reporting Process through Improvement Projects and automation
- Technical support for internal teams with writing scripts/macros, building solutions, customizing of SharePoint sties etc.
- Playing the role of Team Coordinator (as & when required)
