Requirements:
- University Degree (preferably: Mathematics or Statistics or Economics or IT)
- Min. 2 year of professional experience on similar position
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
- Very good command of SQL
- Good knowledge of VBA
- Certification in Automation/Analytics will be an added advantage
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:
- Retrieves Operational volumes & performance data from different systems (SAP ERP, DataWarehouse, OTRS, Outlook) and processes them (mostly using MS Excel, MS Access, SQL functions) to receive required performance data
- Prepare reports showing operational performance data (quality & timeliness), KPI tracking as per standards defined
- Prepares routine documents for providers/customers out of the system (e.g. postings per cost center/cost account within SAP structure)
- Distributes reports via defined process to the respective internal & external departments as defined in the report distribution mechanism
- Publishes reports on internal pages (as required)
- Contacts directly with customers, data providers – independently handles incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal
- Implements customer requested changes in the reports
- Performs KPI quality check
- Creates and updates manuals on a daily basis
- Leading & driving efficiency and improvements in the reporting processes
- Technical support in terms of writing scripts/macros, building reporting solutions, customizing of SharePoint sites etc.
- Specialist is also expected to act as an expert towards customers advising them about technical solutions that can optimize/automate processes/work
