Sourcing Support Specialist
Warszawa, Mokotów
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Database update with incoming applications (update, ongoing development)
Creating profiles of candidates in Polish and English, profiles quality control
Ensuring that the data input to the system is compatible with the machine learning algorithm
Building candidates network in social media
Taking care of positive candidate experience
Supporting recruiters and account managers in their daily duties, including direct search
REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to develop as an IT Sourcer
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
Attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
