Welcome to the Consultant Services Team. We add value by building a "best in class" internal consultant procurement process - all the way from the need of the consultant until the consultant can start at Nordea.
What you’ll be doing:
- Educate and support the internal stakeholders in the operational procurement of consultants
- Facilitate and drive the sourcing of new consultants together with internal stakeholders
- Execute other recurring consultant management admin tasks
- Support in monthly reporting
You’ll join a team responsible for the operational procurement of IT-, Business- and Management consultants from consulting services suppliers, following the mandatory Consultant Services process. The team is also partly facilitating invoice handling and questions related to that. The role is based in Gdynia.
Who you are
- Preferably experience working for an international, cross-border organization
- You are a process-oriented person
Your experience and background:
- Experience in contract administration and/or procurement
- Previous knowledge of IT and/or sourcing of consultants and procurement tools will be an asset
- Degree in economics, supply chain or equivalent
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Excel knowledge would be an advantage
