Working as a member of a multifunctional team engaged in a sustainability related project
Assisting client suppliers in providing declarations via external tool, actively following up on the progress and ensuring supplier performance is in line with client requirements
Ensuring that all incoming enquiries are answered in a professional and efficient manner (e.g. via e-mail, telephone, or chat)
Reporting and monitoring suppliers’ status
Ensuring that all tasks are in align with client’s procedures and work instructions
Effectively managing multiple and challenging situations
Providing relevant reporting, validate data and analytics
Work in APAC time zone
Graduate with Bachelor or master degree
Fluent Chinese and English is a must (both orally and in writing)
Extensive communication skills; ability to inspire commitment, arrange and influence virtually
Customer orientation with ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner
SAP knowledge would be an asset
