Team Leader/Associate Manager is a key, highly responsible role of team of developers by full understanding the project objective, scope and priorities, and actively supporting project management in on-time and on-budget delivery. Among the day-to-day Team Leader / Associate Manager's activities, there is serving as experienced technical and architecture consultant supporting team in solving most complex issues, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and identifying obstacles upfront.

Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within our organisation

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Responsibilities include:

Leading internal development projects that are developing new solutions and enhancing/maintaining existing solutions.

Managing day to day responsibilities of the development or maintenance team.

Designing and fleshing out architecture, implementing key components.

Mentoring project developers, and ensuring the product is built in accordance with established standards and best practices.

Playing an integral role in the organization and management of the entire development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation and test.

Creating appropriate development documentation.

Minimum 3 years of experience with software design patterns

Minimum of 4 years work experience in design and development with one of the leading technologies (.Net, Java EE, other propriety technologies)

Experience in developing large scale IT applications and deliverables throughout development life cycle.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Minimum 3 years in software developers team management (up to 10 persons)
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills -
Proven familiarity with a project management methodology (Prince2, PMI, Scrum or other)

Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

English and Polish-fluent
