Challenges for you:
- Update/create content on social media, websites, forums etc.;
- Implement social media strategy consistent with company’s brand identity;
- Develop brand awareness and online reputation;
- Translate content from English to Vietnamese and coordinate translations with various department and teams;
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication;
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content;
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares);
- Create digital campaigns under the guidance of SM manager;
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics;
- Moderate forums and take care of community;
- Encourage end users to be brand ambassadors in social media;
- Coordination of online communication campaigns;
- Analysing key metrics and creating reports for management.
