Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. - Understanding Client’s requirements related to social media monitoring
- Reporting of the Client’s social media performance in a given time period
- Good knowledge and understanding of social media campaigns
- Support the Client’s customer service team by identifying reputational risks
- Ensure quality and timely completion of requests
- Ensure seamless communication with the Client (if necessary)
- Identify, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues affecting timely closures of requests
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German (B2/C1 level)
- Knowledge of Spanish will be an important asset
- Minimum one year of proven experience with exposure to analyzing, summarizing and/or managing of online media content
- Ability to freely write editorial summaries in high quality to capture the most important aspects
- Analytical thinking and ability to derive conclusions, insights and recommendations from findings
- Exposure to financial services or proven interest in media relations, journalism, translating will be important assets
- Mindset for learning business domain (Financial Services) knowledge
- Skills in planning and prioritization, detail orientation and results focused
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Strong multi-tasking, time-management and interpersonal skills
