Position level: Senior Developer, over 3 years of experience
Department: Application Management
Job purpose:
Develop and maintain software applications based on SOA and JEE standards
- Provide accurate workload estimations for implementation tasks assigned
- Implement modifications and new features in accordance with the best practices and the implementation rules in place
- Guarantee a high level of quality of the software produced
- Produce system documentation including design and operational documents
- Report progress and issues to the project manager in a timely manner
- Support junior developers and testers to achieve their tasks
Required Qualitie:
- Solid expertise in JEE development
- Experience in implementing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and/or web portal technologies
- Knowledge of an ESB or a Web Portal product, the products from the Oracle Weblogic Suite (Oracle Service Bus, Weblogic Portal) would be particularly appreciated
- Experience in using and querying relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Professional attitude, organised and demonstrating a real "can do" attitude with a constant focus on the customer expectations Quality driven
- Technical Degree - in engineering, preferably in the specialization of software, telecommunications or electronics
- Ability to speak in English is required - Any other European language will be an asset
