- Responsibility for daily warehouse operations, particularly for achieving quality and performance KPI goals,
- Involvement in setting the budget for the fiscal year and ensuring its execution to manage costs and fulfill contractual agreements,
- Customer Relationship Management: meeting customer requirements at the highest possible level; building and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Detecting potential growth opportunities and ensuring business renewal,
- Maintenance and monitoring of SLAs and designated KPIs,
- Cyclical review of results with the Client (CBR, QBR),
- Ensure that all contract goals and KPIs are met efficiently and effectively and that all contract requirements are met,
- Responsibility for implementing improvements and process enhancement (LEAN, Kaizen projects),
- Supervision of warehouse infrastructure and company assets,
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor, which are related to the job and within the qualifications and authorizations held by the Employee,
- Responsibility for the P&L of the contract: achieving targeted gross revenues, net revenues, cost control and improvements (personnel and operational),
- Supervision, compliance and implementation of health and safety rules in subordinate teams,
- Propose and implement appropriate innovations and optimizations, with the support of a specialized regional team,
- Responsibility for creating succession and replacement plans for key talent and key positions,
- Building, managing, and motivating the team.
- Min. 5 years experience in team leadership (production, warehouse, distribution) in a dynamically changing environment,
- Knowledge and skills in warehouse processes support, distribution, storaging,
- Advanced level of English language (min C1),
- Proficient communication skills,
- Goal-oriented attitude,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
