For our prestigious Client - an international real estate developer (shopping centres) we are looking for professional who would take the position of:
Currently we offer the opportunity to join a new project as a Centre Manager and take part in development phase and later managing the meeting place together with recruited staff. The Shopping Centre Manager has primary responsibility for the tangible asset, which the Shopping Centre represents, and focuses on managing proactively the relation with Tenants and the physical property – overseeing the day-to-day operations of site personnel or work outsourced (cleaning, security, etc.) – and the financial management of the Shopping Centre.
- supporting the development of the Strategic Long Term Plan for the shopping centre
- representing our Client in the required contacts with local authorities
- responsible for recruiting, leading, developing and supervising Site Staff
- liaise with the Asset Manager, Leasing Department and Finance Department
- responsible for P/L and Creating Value in the shopping centre by improving net operating income as a result of optimizing rental and other income and minimizing operating expenses
- responsible for preparing shopping centre Business Plan and Annual Budget
- responsible, ensuring that the Asset is properly maintained, and routinely inspecting the grounds and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed
- responsible for maintaining regular Tenant Relations
- accountable for Marketing the property including achieving BA, CSI, TSI and the other established Non-Financial Goals for the centre
- responsible for the Yearly Lease Plan and establishing and regularly reviewing a Tenant Mix Program, Leasing Strategy
- cooperate with the Asset Manager in the analysis of Expansion Possibilities and Refurbishment Requirements of the shopping centre.
- at least 5 years of experience in the area of: commercial property management, retail, leasing centres, facility, marketing, leasing and operations knowledge
- university degree in Business Administration, Service Management, Economics, Engineering or Law
- at least 3 years of leadership experience
- shopping centres business knowledge and experience
- good level of English and Polish for daily cooperation
- business navigation, strategic and planning, organization skills
- commercial mindset and change readiness
- high communication skills
- proactive, creative, self-driven, result oriented, mobile person.
