Requirements:

  • Experience in one of the tools like: ServiceNow/ BMC Remedy/ TopDesk / LanDesk/ Cherwell and platforms integration experience (ideally: Familiarity with ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components (e.g. LDAP, SSO, etc.)  
  • Understanding of client side and server side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, etc.
  • Experience with non-core applications (ex. Orchestration, Discovery, Performance Analytics, etc.) and integrations
  • Understanding of client and server APIs (ex. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.)
  • Experience with ANY of web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
  • Great plus: SQL programming, KPIs / SLAs, CMDB / Configuration Management, Active Directory, Basic security and privacy awareness
  • Interest in financial products
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge and expertise
  • ServiceNow development approaches for CMS development (CSS, Jelly Scripting) would be an asset
  • Understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices would be an asset
  • ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist would be an asset
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components (e.g. LDAP, SSO, etc.)  OR similar tools like: BMC Remedy/ TopDesk / LanDesk/ Cherwell would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Administering and developing company’s Service Management processes in ServiceNow and supporting on-going enhancements to both processes and the tool learning about the wider company’s business related  to investment area
  • Prior experience of ServiceNow or other Service Management toolsets is desirable but not essential as training and support will be given
  • Interacting with many different areas of the business; from senior management to help desk staff
  • Write documentation and provide training as your skills and experience develops
