The major responsibilities will be a administrating IT service management tool, ServiceNow. Also responsibilities will include coordinating, managing and performing technical activities for ServiceNow modules and applications, configuration and implementation, providing design input, configuration and assisting with production support and maintenance activities as needed. The Administrator will need to be familiar with all stages of the systems development life cycle, including requirements definition, solution design, development, unit testing, user-acceptance testing, validation and production support.
- Develop and support an expanding and maturing ServiceNow environment
- Configure ServiceNow following ITIL best practices
- Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, HR Case, Knowledge, Service Portal, CMDB and Asset Management (Service Management Suite end-to-end)
- Training, Mentoring and Coaching user community on the Use of ServiceNow
- Adheres to existing platform governance process for support and maintenance
- Works closely with existing governance teams as a team member (Module Leads, Program and Platform Management)
- Day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, work with teams to develop solutions in ServiceNow
- Build requested items and task using workflows to manage process
- Work with teams to resolve support issues in ServiceNow
- Monitor Health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Polices, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACL's
- Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes and Formatters
- Create reports and dashboards as needed

- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience configuring and Administering ServiceNow (latest platform version (DEV, TEST, PROD)
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Single Sign-On technologies, SQL relational databases
- Working knowledge of LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular and good web design practices
- Knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow best practices, including ITIL V3
- Integration of enterprise software systems
- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification preferred
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
