Join Avenga's team and work for the client from the banking sector as Service Manager.
YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments
- Ensure detailed investigation & diagnosis of incidents & service requests
- Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans.
- Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities.
- Produce management information including KPIs and reports
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience on similar position
- ITIL Foundation
- Understanding of incident, change and release management processes
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Professional English level written and spoken
- Strong relationship management skills
