- You are passionate about leading business through people and have a strong belief in the individuals' potential,
- You should have a university degree in preferred Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management,
- You have 4-6 years working experience in a management position and proven successful senior leadership in a big organisation and the ability to influence in a matrix organisation,
- You have good knowledge of supply chain, service business/ /last mile services and warehousing operations leading to an excellent customer fulfilment,
- You have an experience of securing implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans and set/follow up goals,
- You have good business understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach,
- You know different leadership styles and needs as well as appropriate use in different situations,
- You have excellent knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets,
- You have very good knowledge of market intelligence,
- You have good knowledge of change management and leading in the unknown,
- You have very good financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network,
- You have a strong collaborative mind-set in building relationships within and outside the organisation and use your good communication and negotiation skills,
- You have very good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders,
- Your focus on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency is strong.
You will take accountability for:
- high performing daily operations and an efficient distribution network connected to service fulfilment in the market,
- excellence in operations and quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment in the market,
- short-, mid-term and long-term development of existing service partners in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing function,
- ensuring short and mid-term capacities and resources in the market's service fulfilment network to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for the many people,
- the agreed cost development of the Service Fulfilment function based on contribution to the establishment of the cost goal on the market,
- securing efficiency and for implementing improvements in the total market service fulfilment network,
- contributing with both knowledge and resources to optimal multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks,
- leading, coaching and developing the market Service Fulfilment organisation to secure an inspiring and motivating environment,
- the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for Service Fulfilment including internal and external service providers in the market.
In this role you will report to the Country Customer Fulfilment Manager.
