For our Client, a Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates with perfect English skills for Service Desk Generalist position (1st line).
Within this position you will be acting as a single point of contact for all IT related matters and accountable for the delivery of results. You will be providing 1st level support for end users with use of available tools, monitor availability/quality of business critical services and forward incidents/problems to the 2nd/3rd level support teams. Your duties will include Creating/changing/deleting user profiles/authorities and/or request user profiles/authorities at the right department.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in IT (ServiceDesk / HelpDesk) -ideally 1 year and very good English skills (B2/C1 level). Knowledge of ITIL process and Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Active Directory) is also required, Knowledge of BMC Remedy will be an asset.
