As a Service Desk Consultant you will be responsible for providing first linesupport for Clients from Finland ,handling and solving issues by phone and emails. In addition, you will be able to participate in various projects and extend your professional knowledge.
We expect excellent command of Finnish and very good commandof English. Experience within Customer Service area would be an advantage, aswell as previous experience within Help Desk. Ideal Candidate is acommunicative and open – minded person with proactive attitude and positiveapproach toward working with people. Good computer skills are required.
