Service Desk Agent with Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Our requirements:
- Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) language level C1,
- English language B2 level,
- Previous experience with L2 remote support including: troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment,
- Excellent customer and communication skills,
- Readiness to work on shifts (24/7),
- Readiness to work on a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks.
Would be an asset:
- Technical competencies in the print service area.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide remote L2 Global support 24/7 to end users,
- Troubleshooting and relating resolution procedures to non-technical end- users,
- Knowledge base maintenance,
- Print Queue Management,
- Deployment of firmware and SafeCom software,
- SafeCom account maintenance,
- Driver Software Distribution,
- Early Warning Health Checks,
- Toner queries,
- Engineer liaison,
- Parts ordering,
- Maintenance of fleet asset inventory,
- Advanced diagnostics, transfer to L3.
