Job description
- Risk and control management
- Coordinate the ongoing review of risks and SOX/non-SOX controls' design and
- operational effectiveness to ensure that documentation is in accordance with the ICFR framework and audits are supported
- Support risk procedures, e.g. TRP, ORA, BCP
- Cost center controlling
- Budgeting and forecasting for RFC Europe cost centers
- Preparation of cost reports (actual vs. plan)
- Accrual process
- Charging/invoicing support
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in F&A or insurance offshoring/outsourcing environment
- Working experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Precise and thorough working style
- Experience in internal controls, SOX or controlling would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent MS Office (in particular Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio)
- Must be highly organized and can demonstrate skills capable of supporting governance and audit procedures
- Able to plan, organize workload, problem solve effectively
- Able to resolve conflicts, work with diverse cultures collaboratively, manage stakeholder sensitivities
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
