For our Client – international outsourcing company delivering cross functional services to UK based Clients, we are currently looking for experienced Service Delivery Manager with background in financial services/ banking/insurance or other regulated environment.

The successful Candidate will be reporting to General Manager based in Krakow and will be responsible for leading and managing a team performing client service delivery to one or more clients - ensuring high levels of customer service, robust operations aligned to policies and procedures, and financial performance aligned to business plan. As Service Delivery Manager you will be in charge of owning and managing contract or contracts profit and loss accounts across one or a number of service lines, leading and managing a team of 40 FTEs including all aspects of performance and development, ensuring service levels and quality standards are delivered in line with contracts, ensuring all risk and compliance policies are abided, managing client relationships for specific contract. You will also be responsible for continuous service improvement plans for specific contracts and supporting the General Manager and team members as and when required.

Our Client is looking for a candidate with strong people management skills, open-minded and proactive, ready to work in changing as well as demanding environment. Experience in financial services or insurance environment, managing multiple stakeholders as well as excellent oral and written English language skills is a must. The role requires up to 10% travels.
