- Manage transition of marketing process from Market/Global Functions to Global Business Service centre
- People Management (hiring, onboarding and training the member of the team). Provide regular and actionable mentoring, feedback and professional development opportunities to direct reports
- Drive functional agenda for Marketing function in the center in close collaboration with Global Process Owner and Headquarter
- Update service level agreements on regular basis with Global Process Owners and respective Market counterparts
- Be responsible for achieving marketing excellence, creating superior consumer brand value and delivering category performance
- Drive continuous process improvement with the entire team
- Focus on internal customer service and satisfaction and engage key stakeholders in regular performance dialogues
- With University degree
- With 10+ years work experience in marketing department in a multinational organization, people management experience
- Have minimum 5 years experience in brand management and new product development
- Deeply knowledgable about marketing & sales concepts
- Experience with marketing support functions (promotion, market research, training, etc.)
- Have good communication skills, strong analytical and project management skills
- SAP knowledge is highly preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Visionary with proven leadership skills, self-starter
