Service Delivery Director for Marketing and Sales (GBS)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
  • Manage transition of marketing process from Market/Global Functions to Global Business Service centre
  • People Management (hiring, onboarding  and training the member of the team). Provide regular and actionable mentoring, feedback and professional development opportunities to direct reports
  • Drive functional agenda for Marketing function in the center in close collaboration with Global Process Owner and Headquarter
  • Update service level agreements on regular basis with Global Process Owners and respective Market counterparts
  • Be responsible for achieving marketing excellence, creating superior consumer brand value and delivering category performance
  • Drive continuous process improvement with the entire team
  • Focus on internal customer service and satisfaction and engage key stakeholders in regular performance dialogues
YOU ARE:
  • With University degree
  • With 10+ years work experience in marketing department in a multinational organization, people management experience
  • Have minimum 5 years experience in brand management and new product development
  • Deeply knowledgable about marketing & sales concepts
  • Experience with marketing support functions (promotion, market research, training, etc.)
  • Have good communication skills, strong analytical and project management skills
  • SAP knowledge is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Visionary with proven leadership skills, self-starter
