Service Administration Specialist

Position Description
- Processing orders (Quotes/One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements).
- Supporting delivery of instruments, handling returns/replacements with logistic company.
- Documenting cases in dedicated systems.
- Maintaining customers and instruments data base; Key user role for specific customers.
- Contributing to achieving company’s financial goals.
- Invoicing service activities, Issuing credit/debit notes, reporting and sales support.
Position Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German and English language.
- Advanced knowledge of French or Italian language is a plus.
- At least 2 year documented experience in customer service/sales area.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with SFDC and SAP is beneficial.
