Service Administration Specialist with German

Position Description
- Process orders (Quotes/One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements);
- Support delivery of equipment’s, handling returns/replacements with logistics companies;
- Document cases in dedicated systems SFDC & SAP;
- Maintain customers and equipment´s data base;
- Key user role and close collaboration with business partners;
- Contribute to achieving company’s financial goals;
- Invoice service activities, Issuing credit/debit notes;
- Reporting and supporting Sales.
Position Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of German language;
- Good knowledge of English;
- At least 1 year documented experience in customer service area;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Outlook;
- Experience with SFDC and SAP is beneficial;
- Advanced knowledge of French or Italian language is a plus.
