A regular day at work
As Senior Total Rewards Specialist you will cooperate with Center of Expertise, HR Services and Payroll teams to maintain accurate data for rewards purposes.
You will act as first point of contact for more complex and high-profile requests.
You will participate and coordinate Annual Salary Review Process and / or Short Term Incentives process and resolve escalated queries using reward expertise.
Proactively monitor case load, type, themes and customer needs to identify opportunities for service improvement – to policy, process, tools and methods.
Maintain up to date records to ensure accurate reporting information.
Provide accurate advice to line managers and HR colleagues based on Electrolux policies, employment legislation and local practice agreements.
You will act as a gatekeeper for the rewards processes in accordance with the compensation directive. You will coordinate parts of the processes, taking ownership of delivering expected outcome. You will be responsible for introducing and carrying out improvements.

- Very Good knowledge of Excel.
- Min. 4 years of working experience in Total Rewards ( Compensation and Benefits Department )
- Very good command of English.
- SAP knowledge – a plus.
