I am working in partnership with a consultancy in Krakow as they begin work on a new project for a prestigious retail company, they are looking to take on a talented Senior Java Developer that will act as a Lead Developer.
In this role you'll be hands-on coding yourself as well as making sure that the whole team creates great quality software. Most importantly, you'll ensure everyone is able to contribute their best ideas and that the team is smart about how it does its work
The role being a Lead Java Developer will see you educating, mentoring and guiding the more junior developers so this role will require you to be an expert with Java and have some senior experience with the following:
Essential:
- Experienced heavily with Java development
- Experience with Spring framework
- Knowledge with Docker/Kubernetes - hands on experience is desirable
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Experience leading teams of Java Developer would be preferred but not a blocker
- A degree in a relevant field of study
- Fluent in written and verbal English
