For our Client, international organisation located in Cracow, we are looking for candidates motivated to gain and develop their professional career on the position of Senior Test Specialist.
Successful Candidate will design and perform testing to support key business initiatives and maintain and implement company's products and solutions. Senior Test Specialist will operate as a representative and liaison with Systems and the relevant business area to ensure appropriate communication and follow through of activities.
Main task for person on this position is testing, which include following duties: review BRDs and BSDs to design and execute test scenarios, communicate with Business Analysts and Systems team to ensure all parties are up to date on the status of testing, implement testing of systems changes, liaise with Systems colleagues to ensure defects raised are dealt with efficiently and manage testing process to ensure that UAT testing is fully completed before sign off.
Senior Test Specialist will be responsible as well for problem solving. Candidate will solve problems as needed through proposing insightful, knowledgeable, effective solutions, and also assist in the development of case studies to communicate to division, sales representatives, and other clients how company’s products solve client workflow issues. Person working on this position will participate in project management activities on assigned tasks to ensure projects stay on budget and are completed within agreed upon timeframes.
Our Client is looking for candidates who have technical background (related field preferred), as well as 2-5 years experience in testing (manual or automated). Candidate should have very good communication skills. Additionally, must be insightful and good organized. Fluent English knowledge is also required.
