As a Senior Staffing Consultant you will be responsible for internal staffing, administrating of internal database related to employee allocation (time tracking, rotations, leaves, onboarding, projects allocations), scheduling internal and external project interviews, updating CV’s of all employees, assisting in staffing calls and meetings, preparing multiply reports, communication with internal departments and clients, coordinating additional projects.
If you are highly organized and multi-task person with at least 3 years of commercial experience in administration, operations or people/project management, human resources, front desk or as a Personal Assistant, if you have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (with the emphasis on Microsoft Excel) and very good command of English...
