Infrastructure Security Senior Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the data loss prevention and vulnerability management programmes and the policy exception management process. T
his role requires the ability to interact with others in multiple locations, internally, externally and globally. It may occasionally require hours to accommodate US, EMEA & APAC time zones.
- Provide support of the data loss prevention and vulnerability management programmes to include automated and ad hoc scanning services, reporting of vulnerabilities, remediation assistance and programme governance;
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of policy exceptions requests and approvals;
- Provide support to technology teams to understand vulnerability reports and appropriate remediation activities;
- Track remediation of vulnerabilities by business unit and technology teams;
- Provide security awareness and education among the users;
- Establish and maintain relationships with information security and technology teams and programme sponsors in the Aon community;
- Provide support to regional SRM peers and leadership, as requested;
- Actively participate in and support global programme initiatives driven by global team peers.
- University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent degree;
- Fluent English - C1 Level (CEFR scale or equivalent);
- Knowledge of information security concepts like infrastructure security, network security, and operations security;
- Familiar with conducting network and operating system risk and vulnerability assessments;
- 1+ years related experience understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle (scan, report, remediate);
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programme governance would be an advantage;
- Experience with information security exception process and tools would be an advantage;
- CISSP Information security certification would be an advantage;
