- Troubleshooting technical and functional tickets
- Testing the application post planned/unplanned downtime
- Monitoring the application URLs and servers to ensure availability and participating in technical bridges for outages disruption and the RCAs
- Adhering to client's organization processes, templates and tools
- Identifing recurring issues and their fixes as well as areas of improvement and optimization within team processes, operations, etc.
- Working with client teams as well other operations teams i.e. infrastructure support teams
- Work on minor fixes and enhancements
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Experience in working with global teams and clients
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to work as a team member
- Being able to act creatively in a problem-solving environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL based processes like incident management, problem management, request management, etc. Awareness of change and release management, knowledge management, etc
- Working knowledge of ITIL tools like Service Now, TFS, Jira, VSTS, etc.
- Experience in working with global teams and clients
- Knowledge of Unix and /or SPLUNK will be an added advantage
