Welcome to the Custody Support within Investor Solutions & Services. We add value by providing high quality information about custody business related activities to clients and our internal stakeholders. As a Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in the custody value chain by ensuring our clients receive up-to-date information through different communication channels. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for marketing tasks related to the Custody business. This opportunity is ideal for a person wanting to develop their own skills in external communication and driving the related processes to create high quality communication material about our Services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Client Presentations (Collecting and updating information)
- Coordinating product Fact Sheets and ensuring those are updated regularly and comply with a Nordea layout standard.
- Updating our external website: Custody Portal
- Creating and updating Newsflash templates
- Sending out external newsflashes
- Creating other marketing material such as newsletters

Your experience and background:
- Fluency in Business English
- University degree (Marketing or design is a plus)
- Experience in Customer service related tasks
- Previous Custody experience is a plus
