For our Facility Management GWS business line with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, currently we are looking for a talented candidate for the role of:
The key responsibility is to act as the account’s regional point of contact for the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) programme, CBRE VRM related policy & process documents, CBRE SVRM (Sub-Vendor Risk Management) Programme and any account assurance activities. Act as a mentor for the Country/Area Leads and teams to ensure that risk, compliance and assurance requirements are fully understood.
- Co-ordinate, manage and report on the SVRM programme, scheduling all country SVRM reviews and subsequent remediation plans within your region
- Liaise with the operational teams in each country to track and update the SVRM action plans
- Act as the BCM coordinator for the account and make sure all annual/bi-annual activities are completed on timely basis
- Coordinate all Call Tree Tests, Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Solutions Test and BC Plan for your region/s
- Track any policy changes within CBRE and log any revisions within the SVRM or our own account policies
- Ensure all VRM deliverables are delivered to Client as per the delivery schedule
- Provide monthly VRM updates for leadership team advising: upcoming audits, completed audits, action plans advising of any consistencies in SVRMs in compliance mitigation, challenges
- Working closely with the Client to meet their requirements and make sure that there are no open actions for CBRE and any of their sub-vendors
- Master degree in Finance/Risk Management or similar education
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience
- Strong attention to detail skill set
- Team work skills and problem solving
- Advanced in business English - written and spoken
- Knowledge of Vendor Risk & Supply Chain Management would be an asset
